Villiers Road, Beckenham, BR3 4NR

It’s not at all uncommon for families to feel like they are outgrowing their homes, but this was the best possible thing for the homeowners at Villiers Road, Beckenham, BR3 4NR, as when they were in need of extra living space, we were able to step in and create a custom loft conversion that gave their home a new breath of life. Our team worked closely with the homeowners to create a loft space they had complete creative control over, but to best suit the requirements of their home, we were able to design a custom rear dormer conversion that added remarkable amounts of living space into their home.

The owners wanted their unused loft space to be turned into an additional bedroom that was fitted with an ensuite shower bathroom, and we managed to create an amazing amount of extra functional space within their home that blew them away. The spacious bedroom is cosy and warm, and with stunning black UPVC windows that accentuate the best elements of the room and provide spectacular natural light, they owners immediately fell in love.

The bedroom has a cosy and comfortable ensuite bathroom with a shower and a tiled finish, making this the absolutely perfect master or guest bedroom so the owners could finally use all the hidden space within their home. LMB Group is happy to say that this professional and sophisticated rear dormer conversion only took 10 weeks from start to finish. When these homeowners left their loft conversion project to LMB Group, our skilled specialists worked tirelessly to produce the flawlessly designed and built loft space they can now enjoy.
