The Project
LMB Group was entrusted with the design and execution of a custom rear dormer conversion for the Baines family. This new space featured an additional ensuite bedroom, complete with a full bathroom, including both a tub and shower. In addition, we designed and constructed a new study room, intended to serve as a home office, perfectly suited for the modern needs of the Baines family. The bedroom, designed to be soft, subtle, and spacious, provided each of the Baines daughters with a room of their own, greatly improving their personal space and privacy.
The rear dormer was completed with a tiled finish and UPVC windows, which seamlessly integrated with the existing aesthetic of the home. This careful attention to detail ensured that the new addition complemented the overall design and character of the house, maintaining its charm and appeal.
