LMB Group custom designed and created a Rear Mansard conversion that would make the homeowner’s dream of extra living space through a completely new bedroom a reality, and the entire project was completed and out of the family’s hair in only 10 weeks. The result was a stunning new bedroom with UPVC sash windows for beautiful natural lighting, and we ensured that this bedroom would be spacious enough for the family to comfortably enjoy.
From hidden and unused loft space, we were able to create a whole ensuite bedroom that would solve all the family’s space issues. The bathroom was fitted with a spacious shower and a marbled tile finish that not only created a stunning aesthetic and made these owners lives much easier, but the entirety of this greatly successful Rear Mansard loft conversion added significant value to the property.
