After obtaining approval for a development application for up to 50 cubic metres, he called us in to create a double hip to gable and rear dormer, making space for a new master bedroom and shower room in his double bay-fronted detached house.

The scale of the project required an extensive re-roofing of the property, and temporary roof scaffolding was erected for the duration of the work.
