Elm Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 8RH

As a parent, it can be difficult to juggle the rising cost of living with the desire to give everyone their own corner of individual space within your home, and when the homeowners at Elm Road, Thornton Heath, CR7 8RH approached LMB Group with a failed loft conversion and a tight budget, this team took expert care to ensure this family could kick back in their new loft space in no time. This family of four was living in a two-bedroom home, but to make space for the homeowner’s mother and to give the boys each their own room, we designed a custom L-shape dormer conversion that made an absolutely remarkable difference in their home.

We were able to create an entire two extra bedrooms and an ensuite shower that would be the perfect sanctuary for the homeowner’s sons, and the rooms were fitted with UPVC windows and huge French doors to ensure there is plentiful natural light to bask in. The modern bathroom was fitted with a big shower and a modern, tiled finish, and after we completed this custom loft conversion, the homeowners were absolutely blown away by the remarkable results we were able to achieve within their loft space.

LMB Group took charge to create the most stunning loft conversion for this family that perfectly matched the rest of their home’s aesthetic, and with modern bedrooms, sophisticated design and lovely natural light, this remains one of our favourite successful loft conversions ever. After this family approached LMB Group with their conversion needs, it was a short 10 weeks until they could enjoy their new and improved loft.
