The homeowners at Ashen Grove absolutely fell in love with their home, the only problem was that it was a bedroom shy, and they needed 4 bedrooms to accommodate their family. This is where LMB Group stepped in, as we took charge of the entire process to turn unused loft space into an extra ensuite bedroom that would make their home completely perfect. We kept the homeowners in complete creative control while custom designing a rear dormer conversion that would be suited perfectly to their home, and the result was a stunningly spacious room that absolutely blew the owners away.

The request of the homeowners to turn their loft space into a gorgeous bedroom was our highest priority, and we managed to create a flawless end result by designing a beautiful room fitted with huge French doors with side panels and UPVC windows. This created a stunning natural lighting effect and is what gives the room its modern, light and sophisticated atmosphere.

The classy tiled finish bathroom is fitted with a full-size shower and a double basin, and absolutely everything from this conversion exudes elegance and luxury. We took the owners wish of a 4-bedroom home and created the most stunning ensuite bedroom that they would love, and the timeless result we achieved is yet another successful loft conversion we can add to our belt.
