This project saw an extension to the roof space of a couple’s home in order to add value while also increasing the living space.
The property was a large, detached new build house with a truss roof. In respect to the design, we added three bonnet pitched dormers to maintain the aesthetic of the area.
The area over the double garage was also converted into a cinema room – one of the more interesting uses for an LMB conversion!
Due to the extensive nature of the works, planning permission was required for this build, which our team worked to obtain.
