The work undertaken at Railton Road saw a large, terraced London house completely refurbished, with a full loft extension. When we were given our instructions by the property developer, we were informed that the loft had to be done under permitted development, with a maximum of 40 cubic metres to accommodate two double bedrooms with a shower room.
By the time the project was finished, the property had five bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the lower basement transformed into a kitchen and dining area with utility and shower facilities. A brand new central heating system and boiler and mega flow system were also installed.
