  • Dormer Conversion
  • Hip to Gable

Purley Downs Road, Sanderstead

The aim for this project was to give every member of this growing family a separate bedroom, providing them with their own space within the home.

A large semi-detached property located in an attractive area and sporting a number of interesting features and characteristics, LMB added a hip-to-gable rear dormer to increase the existing headroom, which was tight before.

The conversion was then able to accommodate a master bedroom and bathroom with free-standing bath, connected via a gallery landing, and all work was completed in 7-8 weeks.
