This family of four was living in a two-bedroom home, but to make space for the homeowner’s mother and to give the boys each their own room, we designed a custom L-shape dormer conversion that made an absolutely remarkable difference in their home.
We were able to create an entire two extra bedrooms and an ensuite shower that would be the perfect sanctuary for the homeowner’s sons, and the rooms were fitted with UPVC windows and huge French doors to ensure there is plentiful natural light to bask in. The modern bathroom was fitted with a big shower and a modern, tiled finish, and after we completed this custom loft conversion, the homeowners were absolutely blown away by the remarkable results we were able to achieve within their loft space.
