When our team got to work on the home at Colworth Road, Croydon, we had one goal in mind, and this was to turn the owners wishes of creating additional living space within home into a reality as quickly as possible, and when they specified that they required additional bedrooms, LMB Group jumped right on the structural planning and custom design plans to provide this family with not only two extra bedrooms, but also with a spacious bathroom with a full sized shower.
To create a perfectly matching aesthetic inside this home, we designed and built two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a neat and classy tile finish and black UPVC sash windows to ensure these spaces had access to more than enough natural light. Working closely with these homeowners to turn their creative choices into a stunning new living space, we were able to custom design and execute an L-shape dormer conversion that made the most of the internal loft space this home was hiding. The owners of this home turned to LMB Group to make their vision of extra bedrooms and living space a reality, and we were able to take their dusty loft space to a stunningly modern and sophisticated addition of two bedrooms and a bathroom in only 10 weeks.
Stairs now lead up to a new and improved loft space at Colworth Road, Croydon, and these homeowners could not be happier with their two new bedrooms that each had amazing head room, enough space to move around in comfortably and stunningly placed windows that illuminated the space with natural light.
