In just 16 short weeks, our team was able to absolutely transform the family home at Sunningvale Avenue, TN16 3BZ into a magical space where the owners could kick their feet up and unwind. LMB Group created a stunning custom design plan for the detached bungalow home, and with a flawlessly planned and executed Dormer conversion, our team was able to provide the homeowners with two entire extra bedrooms to start with. LMB Group also created a stunningly spacious chill out room joining the two new bedrooms in the landing, and with huge, gorgeous windows facing out into luscious trees outside, the owners immediately fell in love with their stunning new loft space. This is not the only remarkable job we were able to do for the family in these short 16 weeks though, as we also did a massive renovation of their kitchen and dining area to ensure that their entire home felt brand new. By stripping out the kitchen and replacing it with a custom designed new installation alongside new flooring, we were able to create a timelessly classy black and gold kitchen design with warm, inviting wood flooring that brought the owners dream aesthetic to life.
