With a rear dormer conversion meticulously planned by us, we were able to transform this home with two whole extra bedrooms. The main bedroom design included a tiled finish with French doors and a sophisticated Juliette balcony so there is nothing holding these homeowners from enjoying a cup of coffee in the fresh air every day. The main bedroom also has an ensuite that perfectly resembles the light, airy feel of the conversion. With a light, rustic brick like aesthetic in the bathroom, we ensured the homeowners can enjoy an extremely spacious bathroom with a double basin and a huge shower. Perfect for a second bedroom, we designed a smaller bedroom in this homes loft space as well, and with two skylight windows, this bedroom also has an abundance of natural light.

LMB Group was able to take this family wishes for additional living space and create a stunning conversion that offered a remarkable two bedroom, one bathroom addition that was planned and custom designed to be a modern, light and much-needed functional addition to their home, and the impeccably sophisticated final result we achieved was better than these homeowners could have ever imagined.
