The owners of the home at Longsdon Way, Caterham approached LMB Group when they, like many other families had found that they had outgrown the home they live in. Instead of going through all the effort, cost and hassle of moving homes, these homeowners opted to leave the task of creating much needed space within their home in our trusted hands. Our skilled team went straight to work planning a custom designed rear dormer conversion to unlock all the hidden potential locked up inside this home’s unused loft space.

A mere 10 weeks after our team started the first work on this conversion, we were able to amaze the homeowners with a completely transformed home. A subtle and sophisticated staircase now meets the owners where the rear dormer conversion starts, and we managed to do wonders with the space by creating an additional ensuite bedroom with an extra study room that would be used as a home office. We also managed to install a full bathroom fitted with a tub and shower in the ensuite. The bedroom was designed to be soft, subtle and spacious, and when we completed this conversion, each of their daughters were finally able to have a room of their own.

The rear dormer our team completed here was perfected with a tiled finish and UPVC windows that flawlessly blended into the aesthetic of the rest of the home. LMB Group made it our highest priority to create the extra space that these homeowners have been dreaming about in just a little over 2 months, and when we had completed our work, this family was left to enjoy a completely transformed home that now had more than enough space for them.
