We all know how frustrating it can be when your home is just too small for your growing needs, and when the homeowners of Coulsdon Rise, Coulsdon CR5 2SE came to LMB Group with this problem, we got right at work to design the custom loft conversion that would more than solve their issues. The owners requested an extra bedroom, so with a combined double hip to gable and rear conversion, we were able to do exactly this and much more. The additional bedroom was created to be the master in the home, so we focused on creating an open, spacious room you could spend all day in. The room was designed to have tons of natural light, so the ceiling to floor French doors and the Juliette balcony made this a strikingly modern, classy and elegant space. The open and modern bathroom has a marbled tile finish, creating a fresh, spacious and classy feel that the homeowners absolutely fell in love with. What’s a master bedroom without a walk in closet, right? This is why, instead of trying to fit cupboard space in the master bedroom, we took the extra time to create a design plan that would allow these homeowners the luxury of a walk in wardrobe.
