Situated on the peaceful Ashburton Avenue in Croydon, the Beasley family sought to expand their semi-detached home to better accommodate their growing needs. They envisioned transforming their unused loft into a spacious master suite, adding both comfort and value to their property. The Project

LMB Group embarked on a carefully planned loft conversion project for the Beasley family, utilising permitted development rights to create up to 50 cubic metres of additional space. The design focused on crafting a luxurious master bedroom and bathroom at the front of the property. To enhance the aesthetic and functionality of the new space, we installed extra-wide Juliet doors with glass panels, allowing an abundance of natural light to pour into the room and offering an expansive view of the surroundings. Additionally, we extended the existing chimney to ensure that the downstairs fireplace remained a cozy and integral part of the family’s living area. The project, which spanned approximately 12 weeks, was meticulously executed to ensure that every detail aligned with the Beasley family’s expectations.
