When the homeowners at Addiscombe Road, Croydon turned to LMB Group for a custom loft conversion, our team immediately got to work to find the best loft design that would be able to provide their home with not one, but two extra rooms, a bathroom and a chill out area where the entire family could spend time together. The bedrooms were designed to make the most out of natural light and the views of the outside, and with huge side panels, UPVC windows and gorgeous French doors leading to a small balcony, we truly managed to turn this loft space into a super sophisticated and light space that reflected the best modern trends and timeless design. When the homeowners at Addiscombe Road, Croydon turned to LMB Group for a custom loft conversion, our team immediately got to work to find the best loft design that would be able to provide their home with not one, but two extra rooms, a bathroom and a chill out area where the entire family could spend time together. LMB Group custom designed a state-of-the-art rear dormer conversion that gave the family amazing amounts of extra living space that made it feel like moving into a new house. In only 10 weeks, we were able to transform this home’s unused loft space into flawlessly completed additional living space. Not only were these homeowners able to enjoy the comfort of having two extra bedrooms, but LMB Group also succeeded in creating a classy, modern tiled bathroom that was spacious and elegant, and the loft conversion even allowed for an extra chill area that the owners could simply kick their feet up in.

These homeowners trusted us with their loft conversion with the hopes of making the most out of the unused space in their loft to create room for their growing family, and now, when they ascend their elegant wood staircase, they can enjoy a vast space. All the rooms are fitted with huge windows for unmatched views, and we’re pretty sure we can guess where everyone’s new favourite place in the home is.
