This support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For people facing stress, money worries, family pressures, health concerns, anxiety, low mood or other personal challenges, having somewhere to turn can make a real difference.
The charity provides a 24/7 helpline, live web chat and text support service. It also offers a free self-support app, Lighthouse Beacons, and training through its Wellbeing Academy. These resources help people get support early, before problems become too heavy to manage alone.

Lighthouse Charity has already made a major impact in 2026. In its recent Hard Hat Heads Up newsletter, the charity reported more than £1.8 million in charitable support so far this year. This included support for 2,143 families, 2,811 counselling sessions, 329 e-learning courses, 682 people trained in Mental Health First Aid, and thousands of workers reached through the #MakeItVisible campaign.
