A typical 1930’s terraced house, we’ve added a full size rear dormer with a master bedroom, en suite and Juliet doors.

The space was utilised in the best way as nothing lost on the first floor to accommodate for the loft. These clients used the loft room as a place for the parents while leaving the middle floor for the children. The build time was approx. 8 weeks.
