Croydon Dormer Conversion, Extensions Grimwade Avenue

This is a detached 1930s property in Croydon where we have added a front double storey extension to accommodate a big hall and bathroom.

There is now a pitched roof dormer and a single storey rear extension extending four metres across the full width of the property. The loft conversion holds two bedrooms and an en suite. The rest of the house had a full refurbishment with an Oak finish, including a new fitted Kitchen and 5 fitted tiled bathrooms. The full project took 9 months.
