Case Study for a Loft Conversion in Fontwell Drive, Bromley
Client Introduction
In Bromley, a family found themselves in need of additional living space to accommodate their evolving lifestyle. The Harrington family, residing at Fontwell Drive, Bromley, reached out to LMB Group with a vision: to extend their home upwards, creating a functional and serene space. With two growing children and a desire for a private retreat within their own home, the challenge was set to transform their unused loft into a practical and stylish living area.
The Project
Our mission was to convert the Harrington family’s loft into a light-filled, multi-functional space. The design included a spacious bedroom, a modern office area, and a luxurious bathroom. To maximise natural light and enhance the room’s ambience, we installed skylight windows and implemented a contemporary, neutral colour scheme. Every detail, from the bespoke built-in storage solutions to the energy-efficient lighting, was tailored to the Harringtons’ needs, ensuring a blend of comfort, style, and functionality.
