Wray Common Road

A loft conversion has long been a popular way of expanding the available space in your home, and this particular project found a couple with more reason than most to extend their property.

Engaged and looking to start a family, the couple wished to properly utilise the space at the top of the house, which is where LMB Group came in.

This was no small project, as our team carried out both a double hip to gable and rear box dormer conversion, accommodating two master bedrooms and a separate shower room – not to mention re-tiling the roof.

No space was lost in the bedroom below, as the staircase was moved into the landing area where once there had been a storage cupboard. A beautiful double Juliet balcony was added to the rear of the dormer to complete the conversion, leaving the couple with a large and attractive extension to their living space in which to raise a family.
