Verdayne Avenue, Croydon

Our customers at Verdayne Avenue wanted extra space to house the students that they take in a few times a year.

This loft conversion gave them the family space they craved on the first floor, and space for the students to stay and study in the new master bedroom. This is a 1930s terraced house which had a rear box dormer with aluminium bi-folding doors and Juliet gallery rails. We put in a master bedroom and en suite, hardwood floor, velux fitted windows to the front. There was a total of around 8 weeks building time.
