We have a team of fully qualified professionals who are all health & safety trained to work within people’s homes, and with over 30 years in the industry, we have obtained various accreditations from leading bodies such as CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme). We are also part of the IWA scheme which has deposit protection and a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee so you can put your confidence in us to provide you with nothing but beautiful, inspiring transformations.
Lee is our Managing Director and oversees the whole operation. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Lee built his way up from an apprentice carpenter to a chartered construction manager (MCIOB) Lee knows everything there is to know about loft conversions and building works, with his main strengths being a meticulous attention to detail and high quality in delivering project management.
On the rare moment you don’t find Lee working, he’s playing golf or spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Joanna is the customer service manager and works at providing updates and schedules for all of our customers.
Open and honest communication is one of our priorities, and Joanna takes this to heart on a day to day basis.
Her favourite things to do when not working are looking after her children, watching box sets (currently half way through Game of Thrones!) and catching up with friends.
There’s only one way for tea, builders!
Looking after the numbers is our bookkeeper, Shirley. She keeps all the sales and purchases in order on a daily basis whilst keeping the accounting posted and prepared for the accountant.
When she’s not at work you will almost certainly find Shirley in the garden.. either gardening or just relaxing.
Tea – Strong & dark
Debbie is our Admin Manager and keeps the office running smoothly. You can often find her under a mountain of gold envelopes as she writes up our quotes! Always at the end of the phone, Debbie oversees our day to day admin and office tasks.
In her free time Debbie volunteers at a greyhound rescue kennels and is a Fulham FC season ticket holder.
I liked quite weak tea until I started here, now a convert to yorkshire tea!
Assistant Project Manager
The completion of a build is really important to us, which is why we have Rob taking control of all the snagging!
Rob travels to each site to assess what is left to be done and makes sure that they are completed to an outstanding finish.
Rob enjoys his time off by taking his kids out to play tennis
I’m a coffee drinker.. Milk and 2 sugars if you’re making it!
Sue works in our office with Debbie, keeping the our templates, documents and processes on track.
An eye for detail, nothing escapes her watch!
Sue is our resident health guru too. She knows a thing or two about nutrition and provides a mean massage.
My body is a temple, I’ll have a Yogi Tea or hot water please.
Ensuring projects go according to plan is Matt’s area of expertise.
Matt has worked with LMB for 16 years. With his initial experience in plumbing, he knows the build process inside out.
After work, Matt can be found in the crowd supporting Charlton, with a motorbike or two or out walking his dogs.
Normal tea with one sugar, but I can’t stop for long, got projects to visit!
George (our Marketing Maestro) is responsible for managing our website & social media channels and overall budget spend within the business. When he’s not writing articles or strategising for new campaigns, George knows a thing or two about Football, and enjoys running!

Ricki (our Sales Director) is on the front line every day, working tirelessly to transform our leads into business and people’s dream visions into a reality. Her friendly and personable persona puts people at ease when strategizing and delivering on projects.

Marketing and Office Assistant
Welcoming the newest member of the ‘dream team’- Jess is our Marketing and Office assistant and loves to strategize fun, relevant and engaging marketing campaigns on our social media channels, engage with influencers and architects & assist with the general admin responsibilities. A bright and polite member of the team, LMB are certainly very happy to have her on board!
