With the family looking to stay in the area for the long term due to the local schools, a loft conversion was the ideal way to increase standard of living without the costs of moving.

However, there was an added necessity in this case, as the homeowner was 5 to 6 months pregnant and in need of the extra space! LMB made this conversion a priority, with a full design and build period that took 6 weeks from start to finish.

The end terrace was converted with an L-shaped dormer, creating 40 cubic metres of space that included a master bathroom with en suite and both sash and Velux windows to open up the room. LMB Group was able to get the job finished 3 weeks before the new baby arrived!
